Caravan living there in layby

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 900974.

Each evening a large van and caravan pull into the layby and stay overnight. It has been there for over 2 weeks, every night.
