Top half of tree broken and hanging dangerously over road since last storm and may give way at anytime.

Problem initially reported to East Herts Council but they advised that this issue was not their problem and to contact Hertfordshire County Council. This was reported to HCC but it has still not been rectified after 4 weeks.
