Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

Dog somewhere along end of newton drive drive, possibly at number 44 is randomly being left out side alone and will bark for up to 24 hours, loads of complaints but no one has so far taken action. dog belived to be used by security company when not in rear garden.
