Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This sign has been put over the original sign in this location on the gate in the marshgate drive car park entrance to Hartham common. On three occasions now it’s been removed and replaced I believe this is vandalism and assume not put there by east herts .
