Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Vehicles constantly parking and blocking the footpath I see many old residents having to walk around on the road to get past

It’s a nuisance as it makes it hard for me to reverse onto my drive And I see elderly people having to walk on the road
