Cars constantly parking for days on end part way over my driveway day and night so I am unable to get in or out. My wife is a blue badge holder but what's the use if I can not take her to appointment do I call an emergency service. A few times in the past I have had to park away from home and walk home which doesn't help my wife. This has gone on long enough and we don't need the this I pay rates for a garage and drive but am not able to use them. the use of them
