I have seen a commercial vehicle parking overnight on this public realm green space.

The vehicle is untaxed. The tax ran out in May 2020. It has an MOT until August 2021.

There are still issues with this, a different vehicle this time but again a vehicle is illegally parked on the adopted public open space overnight.
