Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I reported about abandoned trolleys left at Nails Lane before the steps leading up to Oaktree Close two weeks ago and was told a report was sent to the council. Nothing has happened and the trolleys are still there.
