Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Bird scareres going off at 4.35 am then every 5 minutes - been told farms at junction of b181 roydon road & a414

Any info of farm will be appreciated - need to find those gas guns !!
