Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

The flood drain outside Nos 37 & 35 Farquhar Street is blocked, again, from debris washing down the gutters from the road: EHDC unable to clean gutters because of commuter parking, and 'not allowed' to leave No Parking cones....
