Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

On two separate occasions (December 2020 and February 2020) on this stretch of road a stone/rock has hit and cracked my windscreen from the other side of the road coming from the Hadhams roadworks that are taking place, as I am driving towards Bishops Stortford Tesco.
