Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later

The large conifer hedge at no 19 Greyfriars is 0verlapping into the road by at least 2 metres. This obscures the view of the garage exit from 20 Greyfriars as well as restricting the width of the road.

You forwarded my complaint to East Herts District Council who state that it is not their responsibility and referred me to Herts County Council. I have now raised this complaint with them
