The dual carriage way is extremely dangerous we need some speed calming measures. Drivers are using it like a race track late at night. Early in the morning the daily school walk is awful, walking down the road with HGVS passing over 40 mph Please review, maybe some flashing mph signage. Even better a speed camera.
