Dog waste piled on top, bin regularly overfilled as not emptied frequently enough or of insufficient size for demand, particularly the tiny one on Warner Road mounted on post. Given that Presdales School children walk past this bin on way to town, needs to be bigger. Very bad situation reported earlier this year bins need emptying to avoid repeat.
