Abandoned vehicle, been there 4 weeks, abandoned in a residents car park, car never seen before and does not have a parking permit. Car is not taxed.

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later

This car has been in situ for around 1 month, never been seen before. It’s been dumped across two parking bays in a residents car park. It has no tax and now 2 flat tyres. Our car park company has ticketed it for not having a parking permit. It is parked in the first bays as you enter the car park under the tree. No one has been seen anywhere near the car and it has not moved at all since it appeared.
