Flying large industrial bag of building rubbish

On the Holly Grove Road travelling from Bramfield on the right hand side is a large industrial bag of building rubbish. It has been there for 4 days. It is just before you get to the woods. A hundred yards before this bag of rubbish is another industrial bag next to an entrance to a field on the right hand side. There is a yellow bar across the field entrance.
