Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

Dog fouling notices have been put on all the street lighting columns, with one column having a sign and sticker. Completely unnecessary and a total waste of money. Make the street scene look terrible with additional clutter. I don't think anyone was asked if they thought this was a good idea.
