Dear Justin. The lay-by On the A120 between The Tesco Roundabout and the Stanstead Road Bishops Stortford has a litter problem. I have reports that Lorry Drivers think that they can just throw their rubbish out of their cabs into the lay-by. I'm advised that these are not English spoken drivers. Also. Bishops Park Way is also suffering from a build up of litter. Nothing to do with the autumn fall. Or the wind blowing. Glass bottles in the verge have been thrown there by irresponsible people along with a varity of other rubbish. I have completed a visual check and the Lay-by is getting out of hand.
