Flood outside of our OAP bungalows been reported 3 times and they say nothing wrong cant get out of gate without getting soaked .

This accurs every time it rains so it never really goes ,It goes in the entrance to our car park as well , It is a very busy road and peopke don't always go round it they would rather soak you its getting rediculous
