Watercourse blocked with old mattress/pallet/general debris

Mattress and other rubbish was dumped up stream before 20th February and rain washed it down wedging it under bridge over the watercourse/stream outside 14/15 Thele Avenue and is causing a blockage which could cause flooding and encourage vermin. Sick of the sight of it.
