Overflowing litter bin, dog waste on pavement

Reported in the Litter Bin overflow category anonymously at 19:00, Sun 11 March 2018

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1240799.

Litter bin overflowing has been for over a week, multiple dog poo bags on street as nowhere else to dispose. Often overflowing, as is the tiny post mounted bin on Warner road. Could really do with some additional bins particularly dog waste bins as these appear to be predominant waste. There are no dog poo bins in the area and a large number of dogs are walked. If not possible existing bins could do with being emptied more often, thanks.
